Professional Development Content Designer (Cyber Safety and Ai)

We're hiring — and this role is open globally. If you're based anywhere in APAC or beyond and you work in online safety or AI literacy, this is for you.

Build the Future of Digital Safety & AI Literacy

Cyberlite is a domain leader in online safety education, working at the intersection of cyber safety, digital wellbeing, and AI literacy. With offices in Singapore and India, we design and deliver programmes at scale — partnering with governments, corporations, financial institutions, and international organisations across Asia-Pacific and beyond.

We are looking for a Professional Development Content Designer who brings genuine domain expertise in cyber safety, online risk, or AI literacy. This is a hands-on production role. You will independently create high-quality content grounded in real-world digital risks, delivered across multiple countries and audiences.

This role is for someone who understands the threat landscape, can translate it for a 12-year-old and a corporate board, and produces content that does not need rebuilding before it ships.

What You'll Be Doing

Content Development

  • Produce content on online scams, privacy, cyberbullying, misinformation, AI tools, algorithmic risk, and responsible AI use
  • Translate complex topics into clear, accurate, age-appropriate content for diverse audiences
  • Develop toolkits, educator guides, student materials, scripts, awareness campaigns, and digital learning resources

Global Content & Localisation

  • Adapt content across multiple geographies — ensuring cultural relevance and regional accuracy
  • Maintain consistency of core messaging while tailoring delivery for local audiences across Asia and the Middle East

Storytelling & Multi-Format Content

  • Develop scenario-based and story-led content that makes abstract risks tangible
  • Produce content across formats: student materials, parent guides, educator toolkits, and digital campaigns

Collaboration

  • Work with programme delivery, partnerships, and policy teams to align content with live projects
  • Stay current on evolving online harms, AI developments, and youth digital behaviour

What You Bring

Essential:

  • 2–6+ years in cyber safety, trust & safety, AI literacy, digital policy, or a closely related field
  • Genuine domain knowledge of online risks — beyond general awareness
  • Proven ability to independently write, structure, and produce high-quality content
  • Strong written English with range across audiences — students, parents, and corporate professionals
  • Self-directed and comfortable in a lean, fast-moving team

Desirable:

  • Experience working across multiple countries or regional markets
  • Exposure to education, NGOs, or youth-facing programmes
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe suite, or LMS platforms
