Location: Angeles (Pampanga), Mabalacat, Ortigas, Makati, Cebu, Davao, Bacolod

Schedule: Night Shift

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Graphic Designer to support high-volume marketing output for a commercial real estate office. This role is execution-focused and will be responsible for producing marketing materials using pre-established templates, brand guidelines, and structured workflows. The ideal candidate is highly efficient, organized, and comfortable working within defined systems to produce accurate, high-quality deliverables with quick turnaround times. This is not a conceptual design role. It is a production-driven role focused on consistency, speed, and precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce marketing deliverables using existing templates and brand standards, including:

    • Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) packages
    • Offering Memorandums (OMs)
    • Property brochures
    • Flyers and marketing collateral
  • Populate templates by:

    • Inserting property data, images, and descriptive content
    • Formatting tables and structured data (e.g., comparables)
    • Adjusting layouts as needed based on content variations
  • Perform light design adjustments to ensure visual consistency, including:

    • Image resizing and placement
    • Text formatting and alignment
    • Minor layout adjustments within established templates
  • Execute revisions and updates based on feedback, which may include:

    • Content changes
    • Data updates
    • Formatting corrections
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and turnaround 

    expectations

    • Follow internal workflows, file organization standards, and naming conventions
    • Communicate clearly regarding project status, questions, and completion timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in production graphic design or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in:

    • Adobe InDesign (primary)
    • Adobe Illustrator
    • Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience working with:

    • Templates and brand guidelines
    • Data-heavy layouts (tables, structured content)
    • Multi-page documents
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to follow instructions and replicate formatting consistently

  • Strong time management and ability to handle high-volume workloads

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Strong written English communication skills

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience in real estate marketing materials (BOVs, OMs, brochures)
  • Experience with mapping tools or placing location visuals
  • Familiarity with working remotely with U.S.-based teams
  • Experience working in a production or agency-style environment

Work Structure & Expectations

  • Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Must be available for overlapping working hours with U.S. time zones
  • Work will be assigned through structured workflows and prioritized queues
  • Turnaround times will vary based on project type and complexity
  • Consistent communication and responsiveness are required

  • 2+ years of experience in production graphic design or similar role
