Why This Role is Different
This is not a corporate job where you are a small cog in a big machine. This is a high-growth, hybrid role. You will work directly with our founding team. We donโt expect you to know everything about complex SaaS UX yetโour founders will guide the core product logic. But we
do
need you to have a fantastic visual eye, a desire to learn complex UX, and the ability to execute beautiful designs in Figma.

What You Will Do
Product UI/UX (~70%):
- Transform rough wireframes and founder concepts into beautiful, high-fidelity UI in Figma.
- Help us design intuitive AI-powered search interfaces, document layouts, and complex data filters (We love analytical design thinking, similar to this case study: [Insert Lailee Medium Link] ).
- Maintain a clean and organized Figma design system.
Marketing Design (~30%):
- Design high-converting marketing assets, including landing pages, LinkedIn posts, and pitch decks.
- Help translate our complex AI features into easy-to-understand visual stories for our audience.
- Ensure our brand looks premium and consistent across all channels.

What We Are Looking For (Must-Haves)
- Location: Currently living in Indonesia and able to work SGT hours.
- Flawless English: You will be designing for the legal sector and creating marketing materials. Fluent/Native-level English (written and spoken) is strictly required.
- A SaaS/Web App Portfolio: You must have a portfolio showing web app interfaces, dashboards, or SaaS products (not just mobile apps or illustrations).
- Figma Skills: You are fast, organized, and know how to use Auto-layout and components.
- Logical Thinker: You don't just make things look pretty; you think about how the user will actually click through the screen.
