Product Designer (UX/UI)

Salary: 15 000 – 18 000 PLN + VAT on B2B

We are looking for a Product Designer for our multinational client, who specializes in developing marketplaces and systems aimed at lowering the costs of IT products. They emphasize transparency, price comparison, and real-time delivery options.

Responsibilities

As Product Designer you will be owning the full design lifecycle, starting from user research and early discovery, through wireframes and interaction design, up to high-fidelity UI and close implementation support with engineering teams;
You will be conducting user research activities such as interviews and usability testing, validating design hypotheses, identifying usability issues, and measuring the real impact of design decisions on user behavior;
You will be designing intuitive, accessible, and visually polished interfaces, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and alignment with overall product strategy and long-term vision;
You will be building and maintaining design system components in Figma, creating reusable patterns and ensuring consistency across the product while collaborating closely with engineers during implementation;
You will be working directly with the Chief Design Officer on shaping product vision and aligning design direction with strategic goals, while also partnering with the Chief Technology Officer to validate technical feasibility of proposed solutions;
You will be communicating design decisions clearly to stakeholders across the organization, presenting rationale, trade-offs, and expected outcomes in a structured and confident manner.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Product Design, ensuring you can independently manage complex design challenges from discovery to delivery;
Strong UX skills, including research and user flow design, as well as strong UI skills in visual design, enabling you to balance usability, clarity, and aesthetic quality;
Proficiency in Figma and experience designing complex B2B web products, allowing you to work efficiently on scalable systems with sophisticated user journeys;
Solid understanding of accessibility standards and design systems, ensuring inclusive design and consistent user experiences across the product;
Ability to work independently in a distributed environment without constant oversight, enabling you to take ownership and drive initiatives proactively;
Strong communication skills and confidence presenting design work to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity across business, product, and technical teams.
