Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Product Designer to drive the end-to-end user experience and UI design function within our business.

Working closely with the Founder and CEO, this role is crucial in ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from the company's platform through effective adoption and usage via both web and mobile.

Job Highlights

• Paid Hours per Week: 40
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM with 30 minutes paid break | Manila Time
• Work Arrangement : Work from home
• Contract : Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

What you'll be doing

• Own the end-to-end design process for key customer journeys across web and mobile - from research and discovery through to high-fidelity design and delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to deeply understand customer needs and business goals
• Plan and run user research to test assumptions, validate ideas, and uncover new opportunities
• Create flows, wireframes, and prototypes to explore and communicate your ideas
• Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience
• Share your design thinking with clarity, engaging stakeholders in your process and decisions

What we're looking for

• 3–5+ years’ experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer in a B2B SaaS environment
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work across responsive web and native mobile
• Skilled in Figma, with experience developing interactive prototypes
• Comfortable leading or supporting user research - both qualitative and quantitative
• Experience working within and contributing to a design system
• Able to navigate ambiguity, simplify complexity, and balance detail with big-picture thinking
• Clear communicator who collaborates well and welcomes feedback from teammates and stakeholders
• (Bonus) Experience within the manufacturing industry, or dealing with SMB-sized business end users
