We’re building the future of job search and interview preparation and we need a
creative Product Designer (UI/UX)
to make that future intuitive, beautiful, and human-centered.
What You’ll Do
- Lead design across PrepLink’s web app, from resume builder flows to real-time interview coaching interfaces .
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and AI researchers to translate complex ideas into delightful, user-friendly experiences .
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and product iterations.
- Shape and maintain our design system for consistency across microservices (resume, interview, job tracking, billing).
- Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure our designs solve real problems.
- Balance aesthetics with functionality to ensure every interaction feels seamless.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design (SaaS or B2C platforms a plus).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work.
- Proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar .
- Experience designing for web (React preferred) , with bonus points for mobile responsiveness .
- Ability to think in systems and flows (not just screens).
- Empathy for users navigating stressful processes like job hunting.
- Nice to have: familiarity with AI-driven products or real-time communication interfaces .
