Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX) to design and refine web and mobile experiences for high-frequency, information-rich platforms.

You will work closely with the Product Owner and engineering teams to translate business logic and real-time data into structured, user-friendly, and visually consistent interfaces.

This role is ideal for designers who enjoy simplifying complexity and working in fast-paced product environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile platforms.
• Translate complex data and business requirements into intuitive interaction patterns.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owner and engineers to iterate rapidly.
• Ensure responsive, mobile-first consistency across devices.
• Improve usability through feedback loops and data-informed iteration.
• Maintain clarity and usability in high-information-density interfaces.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating product-level UI/UX work (web or mobile).
• Experience designing data-heavy interfaces, dashboards, or real-time systems is highly preferred.
• Fluent Mandarin (spoken & written) for daily cross-regional collaboration.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and structured information layout.
• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent tools.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving requirements.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of features end-to-end.

Nice to Have

• Experience working on high-traffic consumer platforms.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for effective communication with frontend engineers.
• Familiarity with A/B testing or data-informed design decisions.
• Motion design or micro-interaction experience.

Regional Product Collaboration & Japan Opportunity

We operate a dedicated Product Hub in Japan and collaborate closely across MY–TW–JP teams.

For strong performers, there may be opportunities to work directly with the Japan product hub, including potential short-term visits or long-term relocation options, depending on business needs and mutual interest.

Reporting structure will remain consistent across regions. Compensation follows our regional framework, with relocation allowance applicable where relevant.
