Profile:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to design and refine user interfaces for both B2B and B2C digital products. This role focuses on Figma-based UI design, mockup creation, and UI Library maintenance, ensuring consistency and a user-friendly experience across platforms. You will collaborate closely with the Product, IT, and other cross-functional teams to align design intent, ensure usability, and maintain visual quality throughout each release cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive UI layouts, components, and interaction flows using Figma.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Build and maintain a scalable UI Library/Design System to ensure visual consistency across all products.
- Ensure responsive design across multiple devices and screen sizes.
- Collaborate with Product and Project teams to translate user needs and business requirements into design deliverables.
- Partner with the IT team during QA stages to ensure designs are accurately implemented and visually aligned.
- Continuously refine layouts, user flows, and visual hierarchy based on feedback and usability results.
- Stay up to date on UI/UX trends, tools, and design best practices to enhance overall design quality and workflow efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
- Proficient in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Prototyping).
- Experience creating mockups, prototypes, and maintaining UI libraries/design systems.
- Proven experience working in B2B/B2C digital product environments.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive layouts, and accessibility basics.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple design iterations efficiently.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills when working with Product, IT, and cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of design QA processes and usability testing methods.
