Role Description

You will be an integral early-stage member of our team, working with our fractional design lead. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating closely with founders and the product team to design and refine user interfaces and experiences.
• Developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new product features.
• Conducting user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights, ensuring our product is intuitive and user-friendly.
• Assisting in the creation and maintenance of design systems and UI libraries.
• Actively participating in ideation sessions and contributing innovative design solutions to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio demonstrating skills in UI/UX design, including proficiency in Figma.
• Understanding of design principles and user experience trends.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit, with the desire to work as part of a dynamic team.
• Excellent organisational and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
