About The Role
We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing intuitive, impactful user experiences for our industry-leading Connected Worker Platform. Your work will directly influence how frontline workers interact with digital tools, ensuring that our solutions are both user-friendly and aligned with enterprise needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders—to develop innovative design solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive product excellence. Your expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual aesthetics will be vital in shaping the future of our platform and supporting our growth objectives.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of proven experience as a Product Designer in the B2B, SaaS, or enterprise software industry
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Figma
- A strong portfolio demonstrating successful product delivery on web and/or mobile platforms
- Experience working with complex product architectures or workflows and simplifying them for users
- Solid foundation in interaction and visual design principles
- Proficiency in Figma’s features including components, variants, and auto layout
- Experience with research and AI tooling such as Figma Make, Lyssna, etc.
- Familiarity with Material UI or other design systems
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles for enterprise users
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable designs
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of front-end development principles and limitations
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for innovation, creativity, and delivering outstanding user experiences
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product experiences, from discovery through delivery, across multiple product areas
- Apply user-centered design, interaction, and visual principles to enterprise workflows and user interfaces
- Utilize appropriate design patterns and clearly articulate the rationale behind design decisions
- Create visually refined interfaces that are efficient to use and adhere to our design system
- Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design improvements and outcomes
- Balance long-term system thinking with the immediate needs of product delivery
- Contribute to the evolution of design systems, patterns, and best practices within the organization
- Design with real-world constraints such as accessibility and frontline usage in mind
- Leverage modern and AI-assisted tools to enhance workflow efficiency and design quality
- Help define the design vision and promote a strong user-centered design culture across teams
- Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to deliver optimal solutions
- Communicate design decisions, trade-offs, and their impact on business outcomes effectively
- Provide constructive feedback to team members and participate actively in design critiques
