Our client, a global leader in digital media and technology, is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their multidisciplinary Design Studio. This team is responsible for crafting the visual and experiential identity across a suite of high-traffic consumer products and platforms. The Senior Product Designer will play a key role in maintaining and evolving the design system documentation and creative standards that ensure cohesive, accessible, and scalable user experiences. This is a remote, full-time contract role (5 months).

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and evolve the unified design documentation system to ensure brand and product consistency across digital experiences.
• Build, refine, and manage a Webflow-based documentation hub that serves as a central resource for cross-functional teams.
• Partner with product designers, engineers, and brand teams to improve adoption of the shared component library and design standards.
• Support internal communication and enablement efforts around design system usage and updates.
• Ensure documentation reflects the latest design principles, accessibility standards, and UI/UX best practices.
• Collaborate across disciplines to promote clarity, efficiency, and consistency in the design process.
• Advocate for design excellence and help scale the design system for evolving product needs.

Required Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience in digital product design, UX/UI design, or systems design.
• Proven experience maintaining or contributing to a large-scale design system or design documentation hub.
• Strong knowledge of design tools such as Figma and Webflow, with a focus on component libraries and responsive design.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to document complex systems clearly.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners in product, brand, and engineering teams.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a large-scale digital ecosystem or enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts and design-to-engineering workflows.
• Background in creating or maintaining brand and design system guidelines.
