We’re looking for a highly product-minded
Product Designer
to shape end-to-end digital experiences across our platform. This role is ideal for someone who thinks beyond interfaces—someone who cares about user problems, business outcomes, and how design drives product decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end product design across discovery, definition, and delivery
• Translate user needs and business goals into clear product experiences
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to define and ship features
• Design flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
• Use research and data to validate assumptions and improve designs
• Contribute to and evolve a scalable design system
• Identify product opportunities and help shape roadmap direction
• Iterate rapidly based on feedback, analytics, and experimentation

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in Product Design / UX/UI roles in digital products
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product thinking (not just UI screens)
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams (PM + Engineering)
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
• Based in Australia with full working rights
