Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Product Designer. The Product Designer will be responsible for driving the design process of the platform, including creating user-centered designs, conducting user research, and applying design thinking to solve complex problems. The role also involves crafting engaging visual designs and ensuring design consistency across product interfaces. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, will be a daily activity to align designs with user needs and business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Visual Design and Product Design to create visually engaging and functional user interfaces.
  • Experience with Design Thinking to approach challenges creatively and develop user-centric solutions.
  • Strong skills in User Research and UX Research to gather insights and inform the design process.
  • Solid understanding of interaction design principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare technology or mental wellness products is a plus.
