You’ll do (ongoing)
- Incremental funnel/LP polish (copy/layout/sections) in Figma .
- Translate CRO ideas into clean, testable UI; handoff dev-ready specs.
- Ship small activation UI touches (checklists, hints, empty states).
- Iterate on winning variants ; keep brand quality tight.
Success (first 30–45 days)
- Homepage/pricing CVR +10–20% from baseline.
- Trial friction removed; time-to-first replay + heatmap <24h supported.

- Contract retainer: ~ 10–25 h/mo ongoing.
- $500/mo retainer ( performance incentives possible).
- If a bigger refresh is needed later, we’ll scope a separate fixed-price sprint .
