Role Overview
We’re looking for a
Product Designer
with experience designing
AI-powered SaaS platforms
, particularly systems involving
scheduling, calendars, patient or user management workflows, and AI agent platforms
.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how dental clinics interact with AI — from managing appointments and patient conversations to
designing and configuring AI agents through intuitive builder interfaces
and reviewing performance insights. This role requires strong
systems thinking
, attention to detail, and the ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
What You’ll Do
Design end-to-end user experiences for an
AI-driven SaaS platform
Design UI for platforms that create, configure, and manage
AI agents
Create intuitive interfaces for
calendar systems, appointment scheduling, and patient management
Design workflows for
CRM features
, lead management, and campaign tools
- Design drag-and-drop or no-code builder experiences for configuring automation, AI agents, and workflows
- Translate complex AI functionality (voice agents, SMS agents, automation) into clear, usable interfaces
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ship features efficiently
- Produce wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
- Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system
- Continuously iterate based on user feedback and product data
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience designing
AI SaaS platforms, AI agent platforms, or complex B2B systems
Experience designing
drag-and-drop builders, workflow builders, or no-code tools
Experience designing
calendar-based systems
, scheduling tools, or patient/user management platforms
- Strong understanding of UX for data-heavy and workflow-driven products
- Ability to simplify complex, multi-step processes into intuitive builder experiences
- Experience working closely with engineering teams
- Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma or similar)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and real-world impact
Nice to Have
- Experience designing healthcare or dental software
- Experience with CRM or communication platforms
- Familiarity with AI concepts such as automation, agents, orchestration, or analytics dashboards
- Experience designing real-time or conversational interfaces
- Experience designing configurable systems with modular components
