- 5+ years of professional experience designing for software within complex company ecosystems, demonstrating a hands-on approach to delivering end-to-end customer experiences- Passion for craft, leveraging competitive analysis, user research, visual design, interaction design, prototyping, storytelling, new tool and technology experimentation- Data driven, building customer-centric solutions backed by analytics and user research- Cross-functional collaboration, working directly with product managers, engineers, user researchers, content designers, and program managers- Curiosity for personal and professional growth, always learning new ways to uplevel your craft, work with others, and deliver business impact- Outstanding portfolio, showcasing your product design expertise and outcomes you have delivered
