Pay Range: $70 - $73/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to emerging AI solutions for designers.
• Evaluate design quality across Design Systems and teams.
• Improve model efficacy through labeling and review Validate review and labeling workflows, processes, and tooling

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; Product design
• AI Tooling
• Design Systems
• You have at least 4+ years of professional experience in product design.
• This foundation enables you to operate independently, contribute at a high level, and mentor others when needed.
• You know Figma inside and out, and have hands-on experience with Design Systems and Design Quality initiatives.
• Detail-Oriented: You dig into the details, evaluate holistically, and have processes to ensure nothing is missed.
• Strong Communicator: You share ideas clearly, keep stakeholders informed, and quickly incorporate feedback.
• Design Expertise: You have a deep understanding of core design principles and visual design fundamentals, with comfort across platforms.
• Exceptional Craft: You excel in prototyping, interaction design, and visual design, with a track record of shaping simple, elegant solutions.
• Tech Enthusiast: You are passionate about emerging technologies and eager to support their development from the ground up
