🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Improve existing product features based on user feedback and data insights
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI guidelines
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all designs

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 0–2 years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or internships/projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
• Familiarity with responsive design and design systems is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English
• Based in Australia with full working rights
