About the Role

We are looking for a
Product Designer
who thinks beyond UI — someone who understands
systems, user flows, and product logic
.

You will play a key role in designing a
multi-application platform
, working closely with leadership and engineering to shape both
product experience and direction
.

This role starts
part-time
with a clear path to
full-time and leadership growth
.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user flows for a complex SaaS platform
• Expand and maintain a unified design system across multiple applications
• Translate product requirements into scalable UX architecture
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership
• Contribute to product decisions and UX strategy
• Continuously optimize UX based on feedback, data, and product goals

Requirements (Must-Have)

• 3–7+ years of experience in Product Design (SaaS or platform-based products)
• Proven experience designing complex systems (CRM, dashboards, workflows)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating:
• Product thinking (problem → process → solution)
• System-level design (not just UI screens)
• Experience with design systems and scalable component libraries
• Ability to design end-to-end user journeys across multiple modules
• Strong communication skills in English

AI & Modern Workflow (Important)

We actively use AI to accelerate design and product development. You should be comfortable using AI tools as part of your workflow.

• Experience using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar
• Ability to leverage AI for:
• UX research and ideation
• Generating user flows and wireframe concepts
• Analyzing product requirements and user behavior
• Familiarity with AI-assisted UI generation tools such as Loveable is a strong plus

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-driven or data-heavy products
• Background in healthcare, CRM, or communication platforms
• Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments

Compensation

💰 Part-Time: $1,200 – $2,200/month (20–30 hrs/week)

💰 Full-Time: $2,000 – $3,500/month (based on experience)

→ Starts part-time with transition to full-time
