About the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Design Lead to oversee the user experience and interface design for our enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong design principles with a deep understanding of enterprise software requirements to create intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product design process from concept to implementation
- Create comprehensive UI/UX designs for complex enterprise web applications
- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Establish and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
- Mentor junior designers and provide design direction
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web applications
- Proven experience designing enterprise solutions from concept to launch
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex design challenges and solutions
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards and responsive design principles
- Understanding of front-end development capabilities and constraints
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Knowledge of agile/scrum development methodologies
- Understanding of enterprise software requirements and constraints
- Familiarity with user research methodologies
Location
- Remote work from Indonesia initially
