🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences across web and/or mobile products
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and deliver features
• Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive design solutions
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback and data
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI consistency
• Improve existing product features based on user insights and metrics

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, UX, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 0–2 years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or internships/projects
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Familiarity with interaction design and visual design fundamentals
• Understanding of responsive design and digital product workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and collaboration abilities
• Fluent in English
• Based in Australia with full working rights
