ABOUT THE ROLEWe’re hiring a Founding Product Designer (Senior / Staff level) to lead design for our flagship product. You’ll own end-to-end design: from research and interaction models to high-fidelity UI and design system architecture. This isn’t a role where systems are handed to you. you’ll build them.
You’ll collaborate directly with founders, engineers, and product leaders, shipping work that is used by enterprise customers and iterated on in production. If you want to set the design language for a product that’s solving large, real-world problems with applied AI, this is the opportunity.
WHAT YOU’LL DOLead product design for a flagship, workflow-heavy SaaS product used daily by professionals.Turn messy, real-world processes into clear, efficient, and trustworthy interfaces.Build and maintain a cohesive design system in Figma.Prototype and iterate rapidly; validate designs through user research and customer feedback.Work closely with engineering to ship production-ready features.Be a founding design voice! help hire, mentor, and shape the design culture as we scale.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR5–10+ years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS, enterprise, or fintech.Strong experience with workflow-heavy, data-rich products (not marketing-only work).Portfolio with clear case studies: problem, process, trade-offs, and measurable impact.Mastery of Figma and design systems.Comfort working in fast-moving startup environments and building systems from scratch.Bonus: familiarity with front-end technologies (CSS/HTML) or ability to prototype in code.
NICE TO HAVESStartup or high-growth company experience.Prior work on automation/AI-driven product experiences.Evidence of shipping production features and working directly with enterprise customers.
