About the Role

We're looking for a Principal Designer to lead our Design Systems team. You'll be responsible for defining the vision and strategy for our design system, ensuring consistency and quality across all Dropbox products.

Responsibilities:
- Define the strategic direction for Dropbox's design system
- Lead a team of designers and collaborate with engineering
- Establish design standards, patterns, and best practices
- Drive adoption of the design system across product teams
- Mentor senior designers and elevate design culture
- Partner with product and engineering leadership on roadmap

Requirements:
- 10+ years of design experience with 5+ years in design systems
- Proven track record of building and scaling design systems
- Deep expertise in component architecture and design tokens
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing and growing design teams
- Published work or contributions to the design community
