Our global entertainment client is seeking a fully remote Presentation & Graphic Designer to join their team for the next 6 months, 40 hours/week.
Role Summary
This role supports the Ad Sales Marketing team by developing compelling visual communications that enhance client and partner engagement across events, trade, and sales materials. The designer will create a wide range of digital and print assets, manage project workflows, and ensure brand consistency across all deliverables.
Top Must Have Skills
Expertise in PowerPoint:
Advanced presentation creation, template development, and visual storytelling for content-heavy decks.
Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency:
Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for supporting graphics and event collateral.
Project Management:
Ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables using project tracking systems.
Additional Qualifications
Familiarity with tools like Slack, Splash, Monday.com, Ceros, and Figma.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Deep understanding of branding, typography, layout, and both digital and print production.
High attention to detail, creativity, and ability to adapt designs to client needs while maintaining brand cohesion.
Responsibilities
Design presentations, reports, one-sheets, newsletters, trade ads, social content, and sponsorship decks.
Create event-related materials including key art, invitations, microsites, signage, and branded premiums.
Manage project workflows including file organization, routing for approvals, and vendor coordination.
Ensure visual consistency across all materials while introducing fresh, innovative design solutions.
