Presentation Designer | Responsibilities

• Lead presentation design projects from discovery through concepting to final delivery

• Create visually compelling, brand-aligned presentations for events, conferences, product storytelling, and executive communications

• Bring ideas to life using industry standard presentation design principles, tools, and techniques

• Collaborate with cross functional partners including designers, writers, creative directors, and producers to scope and execute presentation projects

• Present work confidently and advocate for design decisions with stakeholders and team members

• Bring the Meta brand voice and visual language to life through engaging and impactful presentations

• Maintain deep understanding of Meta's products, services, and business priorities to ensure accuracy and alignment

• Explore emerging presentation trends, tools, and techniques to continuously elevate craft

• Refine Meta's presentation system, templates, and visual language to improve clarity, engagement, and scalability

• Participate actively in design culture, giving and receiving feedback and contributing to a collaborative creative environment

• Develop user-friendly templates and offer guidance to teams across the organization

• Embrace open, authentic teamwork and contribute positively to cross-team collaboration

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in presentation design with a strong, diverse portfolio

• Advanced skills in enterprise presentation tools (Figma, Keynote, Google Slides, Adobe tools)

• Strong understanding of presentation principles, visual storytelling, and template systems

• Strong sense of color, typographic hierarchy and use of grid

• Ability to distill complex concepts into concise, elegant, and engaging storytelling

• Proven excellence in presentation craft, narrative structure, and final output quality

• Experience communicating timelines, constraints, production needs, and bandwidth to partners including executives

• Experience working within a fast-paced, remote-friendly organization balancing multiple concurrent projects

• Passion for crafting impactful event presentations and approaching work with enthusiasm and creative energy

• Experience creating and delivering training on presentation design best practices\

• Ability to develop scalable processes for cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with design systems and brand identity frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within an in-house creative team

• Experience with animation and motion graphics

• Experience supporting executive keynote, or product launches

• Experience or interest in the latest AI tools that are relevant to this role

• Formal graphic design training

Compensation: $65/hr to $75/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment.
