Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Posts Designer. As a Posts Designer, you will be responsible for designing engaging visual content for social media, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include creating graphics, managing design projects from concept to execution, collaborating with the marketing team, and ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines. Your role will play an essential part in increasing audience engagement and strengthening Xpandli's and clients' digital presence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Graphic Design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
• Experience in creating visual content for social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook
• Skills in Branding, Typography, Layout Design, and Visual Storytelling
• Ability to translate briefs into compelling and creative designs
• Strong attention to detail and an understanding of color theory and design aesthetics
• Effective communication, collaboration, and time management skills
• Familiarity with Social Media Marketing, Content Strategy, and Digital Trends is a plus
• Relevant academic background or certifications in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred
