Overview:

Particle 14 is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator to design engaging posters, manage our social media pages, and maintain our brand identity across platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, understand social media trends, and be able to communicate visually through creative content.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design attractive posters, banners, reels, and social media creatives using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma.
• Plan and manage social media posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Develop content ideas that align with company goals, ongoing campaigns, and events.
• Monitor post performance, engagement, and reach to suggest improvements.
• Maintain consistent brand tone, color, and style in all visuals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and design best practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma).
• Basic knowledge of content scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc.).
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• (Bonus) Experience with short video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
