We are looking for a Photoshop-first graphic designer who can produce A-grade, professional-level visual artwork. This is not a Canva or template-based role. If your strength is filters, presets, or drag-and-drop designs, this role is not for you.

You will work on high-quality digital artwork, compositions, retouching, and creative visuals used in branding, marketing, ads, and premium content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality drawings, compositions, and visual artwork using Adobe Photoshop
• Perform advanced photo manipulation, retouching, masking, compositing, and color grading
• Design clean, professional, high-impact visuals for social media, ads, banners, and presentations
• Convert rough ideas or references into polished, production-ready designs
• Maintain pixel-perfect quality and attention to detail
• Work fast without compromising on quality
• Revise designs based on feedback without ego

Mandatory Skills (Read Carefully)

• Expert-level Adobe Photoshop (non-negotiable)
• Strong understanding of:
• Layers & smart objects
• Masks & selections
• Lighting & shadows
• Color correction & grading
• Composition & visual balance
• Ability to draw / sketch digitally OR create original artwork inside Photoshop
• Strong aesthetic sense (you know what looks premium and what looks cheap)
• Ability to match and elevate reference styles

• Designers who need step-by-step instructions for every task

Tools You Must Know

• Adobe Photoshop (mandatory)
• Adobe Illustrator (good to have, not mandatory)
• Pen tablet / drawing tablet experience is a plus

Portfolio Requirement (Compulsory)

You must share a portfolio with:

• Photoshop artwork
• Photo manipulations / composites
• High-quality visual designs

Pay: ₹10,125.92 - ₹15,000.71 per month
