Job Title: Graphic Designer (Brand & Template Specialist)
Location: Remote (Philippines) | Shift: 12am–8am PHT | Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop: Design style guides, lead magnets, slide packs, social media templates, and more using Canva and Figma.
Customize and adapt templates to fit each Founder’s brand, ensuring outputs feel polished and aligned, not generic. - Optimize & Test: Ensure all creative assets are visually appealing, optimized, and ready for use across platforms.
Apply QA standards and ensure designs are clear, readable, and mobile-friendly. - Collaborate: Work with team members to align designs with brand strategy and update as needed.
Work efficiently within a global team operating across time zones (night shift schedule). - Feedback & Innovation: Incorporate feedback and stay current on design trends to improve quality and creativity.
Balance speed with attention to detail in a high-output environment.
Requirements:
- Knowledge & Experience: Strong background in digital marketing and 2+ years of design experience or a relevant degree.
- Skills: Exceptional design skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Canva (Figma experience a plus) with C1 English proficiency.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality.
- Attributes: Self‑motivated, collaborative, and detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Comfortable working overnight shifts and in a remote setup.
