About the Role
The Performance Creative Designer is responsible for producing high-converting marketing creatives and landing page designs that directly impact FTD acquisition, CTR, and campaign scalability across multiple GEOs. This role is not purely aesthetic, it is performance-driven. You will work closely with media buyers and product teams to create visuals that drive measurable growth.
The designer must understand:
● Paid traffic dynamics.
● Conversion hierarchy.
● iGaming promotional structure.
What You’ll Do
● Design high converting creatives for Meta, display, and push campaigns.
● Create and test multiple creative angles focused on CTR and FTD performance in collaboration with the media buying team.
● Design desktop and mobile landing pages in Figma (conversion focused).
● Develop promotional banners for homepage, offers, and campaign launches.
● Localize creatives for different GEOs and audience behaviors.
● Optimize creatives based on performance data and testing results.
● Maintain brand consistency across ads and on-site materials.
What We’re Looking For
● 2+ years experience in digital design within performance marketing (iGaming or competitive verticals preferred).
● Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, clean structure).
● Advanced Photoshop skills for promotional and ad creatives.
● Understanding of conversion focused design and creative testing principles.
● Strong attention to detail and structured file organization.
● Comfortable working in a fast paced, performance-driven environment
● Able to follow systems, brand guidelines, and feedback loops.
