PCB DEVELOPER & TESTING ENGINEER
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled PCB Developer & Soldering Technician to
design, develop, fabricate, and assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs). The role
involves schematic capture, PCB layout, soldering of components, and working with
engineering teams to bring electronic designs to production readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
PCB Development:
● Design and develop PCBs using EDA software (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle,
KiCAD).
● Create schematic diagrams and layout PCBs for prototyping and production.
● Collaborate with electrical engineers to ensure designs meet performance and
manufacturability requirements.
● Generate Gerber files, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and assembly drawings for
manufacturing.
● Perform DRC (Design Rule Check) and knowledge about SI, PI, EMI/EMC.
Soldering & Assembly:
● Solder SMD and through-hole components by hand and using reflow
equipment.
● Inspect and rework PCBs for defects or component issues.
● Perform functional testing on assembled boards.
● Use tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and magnifiers to troubleshoot
and verify circuits.
Quality & Documentation:
● Maintain accurate documentation of PCB revisions and changes.
● Adhere to IPC standards and ESD safety practices.
● Assist in writing assembly instructions and test procedures.
Qualifications:
● Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical
Engineering, or related field.
● Experience: 1–3 years in PCB design and soldering; freshers with strong skills
may be considered.
● Technical Skills:
○ Proficiency with PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, Eagle, KiCAD).
○ Strong soldering skills (SMD and through-hole).
○ Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams and technical drawings.
○ Familiarity with electronic testing and measurement tools.

Pay: From ₹332.02 per day
