Part-Time Website Designer & Marketing Material Designer

Job Type: Freelance / Part-Time (6-12 hours per week)

We are seeking a skilled, creative, and detail-oriented Website Designer & Marketing Material Designer to support a U.S.-based client. The ideal candidate will assist in building a polished and professional website while also creating cohesive marketing materials aligned with the existing brand identity. Logo and brand guidelines are already established, and support is needed to bring the website and marketing assets together seamlessly.

This is a part-time freelance role requiring approximately 6-12 hours per week, with night-shift availability. Hours are flexible based on your schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Website Design

• Design and build a fully functional website using a user-friendly website builder/platform
• Develop and structure multiple pages with clean, modern layouts
• Connect the website to an existing domain
• Integrate social media links and other essential features
• Ensure responsive, mobile-friendly, and user-friendly design across devices

Marketing Material Design

• Create digital marketing assets such as:
• Social media graphics
• Email templates
• Promotional visuals
• Simple brand collateral (flyers, banners, etc.)
• Ensure all materials follow established brand guidelines
• Prepare design files optimized for both web and social platforms

What the Client Will Provide

• Logo and brand assets
• Written website copy
• Portfolio materials and images
• Access to existing domain

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience designing custom websites on any modern website builder
• Strong portfolio showcasing website and marketing design work
• Solid understanding of layout design, UI/UX principles, and responsive formatting
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe tools, or similar design software
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with the client
• Comfortable working night hours with flexible scheduling
