Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Web and Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Kee Group Marketing. This role is crucial for enhancing our web presence and supporting our client projects. As a Part-Time Web and Graphic Designer, you will assist in designing and developing websites, primarily using WordPress and visual builders such as Divi and Elementor, while also creating marketing and brand assets using design tools like Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva. A solid understanding of the technical SEO aspects of web design is also important. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your contributions will directly impact the company's success and growth.

Primary Responsibilities

• Website Development: Assist in building and maintaining WordPress websites using the visual builders such as Divi and Elementor.
• Graphic Design: Create marketing collateral including social media graphics, brochures, flyers, and more using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Content Management: Update and manage website content, including text, images, and videos.
• SEO Optimization: Learn and apply on-page SEO best practices during the design and development process, including optimizing site structure, meta descriptions, and image alt text.
• Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure websites are responsive and function correctly across different browsers and devices.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct basic website testing to identify and resolve any issues.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends and technologies.
• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of website development processes.

Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience

We are seeking a self-motivated, resourceful professional who thrives on independent learning and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is a proven self-starter with a strong ability to research and quickly master new skills using online resources.

• Familiarity with WordPress and builders such as Divi and Elementor.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience with Canva.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Knowledge of responsive web design principles.
• Understanding of on-page SEO principles.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for web design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience with other website builders or CMS platforms.
• Experience with image editing software (e.g., Photoshop).
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Search Console.
