If you can whip up a scroll-stopping Instagram carousel, animate a slick transition in After Effects, and aren’t afraid to experiment with AI tools, we want to talk.
The Role at a Glance:
Capacity: Part-time (Maximum 25 hours per week).
Flexibility: Total control over your hours. Work days, nights, or weekends - as long as the quality is high and deadlines are met.
Commitment: Minimum 3 months to 1-year contract.
Compensation: 15,000 - 20,000 BDT / month + incremental perks/bonuses for additional effort or high-intensity projects.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Social Media Design: Crafting high-impact visuals for various social platforms.
- Motion Magic: Using After Effects to bring static designs to life with clean animations.
- Print Design: Designing layouts for physical assets (understanding bleed, margins, and CMYK is a must).
- Web Content: Static design creation for website (we are not looking for UI/UX here).
- AI Integration: Staying ahead of the curve by using AI tools to speed up workflows and enhance creativity.
- Video editing skill is a plus. But, not mandatory. You should have the willingness to undergo in-house training if required.
What we're Looking For:
- Experience: 2–5 years in a design role.
- An eye for design: Relevant education is commendable, but not required, maintaining international standard-design taste is required.
- Portfolio: A proven track record of web & social media content and motion graphics.
- Technical Toolkit: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Adaptability: A "can-do" attitude toward learning new AI design tools and tech.
- Reliability: Since this is flexible role, we need someone who is disciplined and communicative. We do not micro-manage, hence your proactiveness is required at all time.
