Job Description:

GSD Gyms is a fast-growing business consulting brand serving fitness studio owners across the world. We produce daily content across Instagram, YouTube, and podcast platforms, and host monthly workshops and live events.

We are seeking a part-time graphic designer to support our ongoing content marketing efforts.

This is consistent weekly work. We need someone who can move quickly, follow branding guidelines, and help elevate our visual presence while maintaining brand consistency.

What You’ll Be Designing:

Weekly (3–5 projects per week):

• Instagram still posts
• Instagram carousels
• Reel covers
• Quote graphics
• Podcast cover art
• YouTube thumbnails

Monthly:

• Multi-page workshop workbooks (copy provided)

Quarterly (3x per year):

• Event workbooks and printable materials

What We’re Looking For:

We have an established brand identity and design standards. We are not building from scratch.

You must be able to:

• Follow brand guidelines closely
• Match and elevate an existing brand
• Take a vision or outcome and translate it into strong, on-brand design
• Deliver within 24–72 hours for standard projects
• Implement feedback quickly and professionally
• Maintain consistency across all platforms

We value designers who:

• Have strong typography and layout skills
• Understand current social media trends
• Can suggest smart visual improvements without breaking brand standards
• Are responsive, organized, and deadline-driven

Commitment:

• ~10 hours per week
• Ongoing contract
• Remote
• $30–$40 per hour
