About the Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with a sharp eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling—someone who can translate complex, technical concepts into clean, compelling, and accessible visuals. This is an opportunity to help shape the visual identity of a high-trust brand at the intersection of healthcare and AI.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to design digital and print assets that engage specialist clinicians, support product launches, and simplify cutting-edge AI features. You’ll bring clarity and emotion to content that demands both scientific accuracy and visual resonance.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role ideal for a designer looking to grow in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain a wide range of visual assets across digital and print: web graphics, brochures, email campaigns, ads, infographics, presentations, onboarding material, and more.
  • Translate complex, clinical, and AI-driven content into intuitive and engaging visual formats.
  • Support multichannel marketing efforts across web, email, social media, and print.
  • Develop and maintain brand systems and design templates to ensure visual consistency and scalability.
  • Create compelling sales, training, and educational content, often using Canva, Figma, and Google Suite tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align design execution with strategic objectives.
  • Contribute to user experience by optimizing graphics for web and mobile platforms, with a strong focus on accessibility and clarity.
  • Participate in design reviews, user feedback sessions, and iterative creative processes.
  • Assist in light motion graphics or video editing for product demos, testimonials, or social media (if applicable).

Competencies and Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 2–5 years of professional design experience, ideally in tech, healthcare, or highly technical environments.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing clear visual storytelling, especially in complex or regulated domains.
  • Advanced skills in Figma (or similar digital design tools), Canva, and Google Suite.
  • Expertise in typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Proven ability to adapt designs across multiple channels (web, print, email, social).
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; experience working with product, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

Nice-to-Have

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Experience developing and maintaining brand systems and scalable design libraries.
  • Skills in videography, including editing interviews or testimonials for social media.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles, especially in healthcare or regulated spaces.
  • Understanding of accessibility, inclusivity, and content adaptation across diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience creating content tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other B2B social platforms.
