Kinetic Arm is a fast-scaling sports technology company redefining how athletes protect, train, and perform.

Our dynamic arm support technology is trusted by elite and professional athletes across baseball, football, volleyball, tennis, pickleball, golf, basketball, and more. We’re building a category-defining brand—and we’re looking for a performance-driven creative who can help elevate our paid ads and brand visuals.

This is not a general video editing role.

This is 
Meta performance creative + motion design
 for a DTC brand.

The Role

We’re hiring a 
Paid Social Video Editor + Motion Designer
 who can take existing footage (athletes, product, education) and turn it into premium, scroll-stopping ad creative.

You should be able to:

  • Build Meta ad variations quickly
  • Understand TOF / MOF / BOF creative structure
  • Use motion graphics, overlays, and visual effects with restraint
  • Create educational visuals that explain how the product works
  • Maintain brand consistency and compliance standards

What You’ll Create

This role supports both conversion and brand elevation.

You’ll produce:

  • Meta video ads (TOF / MOF / BOF)
  • Motion-enhanced edits using overlays, typography, and VFX
  • Educational “how it works” creative (visual explanations, pain points, mechanics)
  • Static ad variations (clean, premium, conversion-driven)
  • Supporting graphics for landing pages, marketing decks, and campaign collateral as needed

Weekly Output Expectations

  • 5–10 finished assets per week

 (mix of video + static) without compromising quality, taste, or brand standards

What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)

  • Proven experience creating  Meta paid ads
  • Strong understanding of TOF / MOF / BOF creative strategy
  • Strong motion graphics skills (After Effects required)
  • Ability to create ad variations quickly for testing
  • Excellent pacing, hook development, and storytelling instincts
  • Ability to elevate footage without over-designing
  • Strong taste, restraint, and brand consistency
  • Portfolio/reel showing paid social ad work (required)

Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Experience with DTC performance brands (fitness/sports a plus)
  • AI workflow experience (Runway, Firefly, Midjourney, etc.)
  • Experience editing YouTube or Connected TV assets
  • Experience supporting landing pages or decks with clean visuals

What This Role Is NOT

  • Not social-only editing
  • Not Canva-first design
  • Not trend-chasing
  • Not AI-first without fundamentals
  • AI without taste = cheap visuals.

Engagement Structure (Contract → Retainer Pipeline)

This role begins as a contract position.

We will start with:

  • 2–3 paid projects  (working interview)
  • If it’s a strong fit → move into a  monthly retainer
  • Long-term opportunity for expanded scope (and potential full-time) as we scale
