We are a Kenya-based social enterprise transforming invasive water hyacinth into biodegradable, compostable menstrual pads through a women-led circular model.

We’re looking for someone with experience in consumer packaging / CPG design who can help us create packaging that feels:

• culturally relevant

• scalable

• retail-ready

• and aligned with our climate-positive mission.

Experience with sustainable packaging, femtech, wellness, or impact brands is a huge plus.
