Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an OutSystems UX Designer. The UX Designer will focus on designing user-centered experiences for cloud-based platforms and applications. Responsibilities include conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, applying visual design principles, and refining solutions through design thinking methodologies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure products meet user needs and business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Design Thinking and applying user-centered design principles to solve problems.
- Experience conducting User Research and gathering actionable insights to inform design decisions.
- Strong skills in Visual Design and understanding of aesthetics, layout, and typography.
- Competency in User Experience (UX) design approaches, wireframing, and usability testing.
- Experience with creating interactive Prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is advantageous.
- Familiarity with OutSystems development tools and agile workflows is a plus.
