Job Description: Video Creative & Online Ads Designer/Manager (Part-Time, Remote)
We’re building a
new Shopify dropshipping brand
while also growing an existing eCommerce business currently trading on online marketplaces. The goal is to
scale beyond marketplaces
(with their strict rules and high fees) by launching a branded Shopify store powered by winning products and high-performing ad creatives.
This role is for a
hands-on creative marketer
who can research products, design scroll-stopping ads (video + image), and manage campaigns across
Facebook/Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
. If you know how to turn product testing into profitable ads, you’re who we’re looking for.
This is a
part-time position (10–20 hours/week)
working remotely via virtual machine.
Key Responsibilities1.
Ad Creatives & Campaign Management
- Produce high-converting ad creatives for TikTok, Facebook/Meta & Google Ads (UGC-style videos, motion graphics, image ads, etc.)
- Use AI tools or manual editing to generate engaging video content
- Write punchy ad copy & headlines that convert
- Test multiple ad angles and iterate quickly
- Manage and optimize ad campaigns (CPC, CTR, ROAS focus)

Product Research & Market Validation
- Use tools like KaloData, TikTok Creative Center, AdSpy, and others to identify trending products
- Analyze competition, demand, and margins
- Present reports with supplier links and creative directions

Order Fulfilment & Supplier Management
- Process daily orders and ensure smooth fulfillment
- Communicate with suppliers/agents for reliable shipping
- Find and vet dropshipping agents (preferably in China) that can offer fast delivery, quality control, and custom branding/packaging

Store & Brand Support
- Optimize product images and landing pages for conversions
- Assist in building out the new Shopify brand (logos, packaging ideas, brand tone)
- Help transition the existing eCommerce business into its own branded online store
What We’re Looking For
- Strong portfolio in video creative design for ads (TikTok/FB/Google)
- Experience with dropshipping & eCommerce advertising
- Ability to move fast: test, analyze, and scale winning creatives
- Familiar with Shopify and online ad platforms
- Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented
- Bonus: Experience working with dropshipping agents, UGC creators, or managing ad budgets
- Other activities that help keep the business in good stead like invoice collection, product listing for ebay, customer services
