🌿 Notion Systems & Workspace Architect (Contractor)

Location: Remote (South America strongly preferred)

Contract: Part-time (10–20 hrs/week for initial build)

Rate: USD 15–25/hr depending on experience

Start: ASAP

Role Type: Contractor (project-based with possible light ongoing work)

Force of Nature is a growth strategy and data intelligence company building a modern, AI-enabled operating system for internal workflows including content, sales, operations, and data. We aim to elevate our current Notion workspace from a functional but improvised setup into a beautiful, structured, relational, and future-proof operating hub. We are seeking a Notion expert with experience in systems thinking, database architecture, UX in Notion, and AI integrations.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Notion contractor to transform our entire workspace into a clean, elegant, modular system that supports sales operations, content planning, data workflows, cross-team collaboration, systemized documentation, and enhanced visibility and automation across the company. Your work will create the foundation for our processes, internal clarity, and AI-driven operations.

What You’ll Do

Notion Workspace Architecture

* Audit the current Notion setup and map out an improved structural design.

* Build a centralized and organized workspace that reduces duplication and confusion.

* Create clean and intuitive navigation with clear page hierarchy.

* Ensure the system scales easily as more content, analysis, and automations are added.

Database Design and Optimization

* Convert existing pages into relational databases with clear properties, labels, and views.

* Break down large documents into reusable database components such as content, analyses, tasks, and assets.

* Ensure consistency across all databases and templates.

Process Systemization

* Create templates for project management, sales intelligence, content production, research, and SOPs.

* Establish smooth cross-database workflows.

AI-Enabled Notion

* Set up database structures optimized for future AI integrations such as auto-classification, auto-tagging, data relationships, and automated insights.

* Optional: Connect Notion with Attio, Smart Leads, or other tools.

Visual Design and Aesthetics

* Create a workspace with a clean, modern, and thoughtful design.

* Use typography, spacing, icons, and page layout to improve usability.

Documentation and Handover

* Provide documentation explaining the new system.

* Train PMO and analysts on proper maintenance of the setup.

* Ensure the system remains stable and consistent over time.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have

* Deep Notion expertise, including databases, relations, rollups, synced blocks, and templates.

* Experience designing full workspace architecture.

* Strong understanding of information architecture and workspace UX.

* Experience building systems for content operations, sales or RevOps, data workflows, and project management.

* Ability to combine structure and aesthetics.

* Clear communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

* Familiarity with Attio, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or other CRMs.

* Experience in RevOps or SalesOps.

* Familiarity with Clay or Apollo.

* Experience with AI workflows such as LLMs, automations, and enrichment.

* Light design sense involving icons, color palettes, and page layout.

What Success Looks Like (First 30–45 Days)

* Workspace audit completed and architecture mapped.

* Entire Notion system rebuilt with clean navigation, structured databases, integrated workflows, and a visually appealing interface.

* Clear documentation delivered.

* Team onboarded and using the new system smoothly.
