Position: No Code Designer
The Function
The No Code Designer is responsible for converting business requirements into functional applications through a combination of no-code design tools. The No Code Designer leverages technical skills including workflow and logic concepts, basic database design patterns, and API integrations to construct solutions that are quick and easy to update and maintain. After successful deployment of a no code solution, the No Code Designer is responsible for the operational support of the solution and any future fixes or enhancements that may be required.
The Role
This role acts as an individual contributor within the organization. Within active projects, the No Code Designer will work with an Application Architect, PMO, or Business Lead to understand and clarify the requirements and assist in designing solutions. This role is a hands-on technician, responsible for configuration and administration work to support Ategrity’s applications. Configurations may include design and management of business rules, workflows, and screen design (forms) within a business rules engine or no-code platform.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Draw / configure wireframes or mock-ups to assist business partners in visualizing proposed solutions
- Design and configure new solutions (Project phase)
- Support and manage all system configurations and business rules for Ategrity-owned systems including items such as:
- Rate schedules
- Forms management / attachment logic and versioning
- Log management / auditing
- Participate in feature prioritization efforts and help clarify new requirements for the rest of the project team
- Work with Business and Development staff to clarify requirements
Qualification Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience designing and supporting a current version of the Decisions platform
- Minimum of one year as a project technical lead, or group team lead or comparable
- 3+ years of experience collecting and document requirements for projects
- Strong technical acumen: experience automating business processes through Decisions, Nintex, Power Automate / Logic Apps / Microsoft Flow and similar platforms.
- Experience with VBA, PowerShell, VBScript, JavaScript or similar languages is preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
