What You’ll Do
- Design high-quality graphics for digital and print, including social media content, ads, presentations, and marketing materials that are visually striking and on-brand
- Bring stories to life through video—editing short-form and long-form content for campaigns, social media, and promotions, optimized for each platform
- Take briefs and transform them into polished, engaging content—from concept to final delivery, while contributing fresh creative ideas along the way
- Work closely with marketing teams and stakeholders, actively participating in brainstorming sessions and translating feedback into creative solutions
- Ensure consistency across all creative outputs while adapting designs to suit different audiences, platforms, and campaign goals
- Leverage tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, and CapCut to produce high-quality content efficiently
- Partner with the marketing team to develop visuals and videos that enhance campaign performance and engagement
- Stay up to date with the latest design and video trends, tools, and platform updates to continuously elevate creative output
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in graphic design and video editing (agency or in-house marketing experience is a plus)
- A strong portfolio showcasing both visual design and video work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and confidence presenting creative ideas
- A collaborative mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused attitude
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI design (nice to have, not essential)
- Availability to work Melbourne business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM AEST)
