The Role
We’re seeking a part-time Multimedia Designer – Video Editor to join our creative and marketing team. This role is responsible for developing content and digital assets for MAAK and its parent company Bunker, supporting product launches, social media campaigns, trade shows, and ongoing brand initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to transform ideas into engaging video, design, and storytelling. The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit video content from raw footage and 3D animation for social media, product launches, tutorials, and campaigns.
- Create engaging animations, motion graphics, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
- Develop short-form, trend-driven content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- Incorporate AI tools and stock footage to elevate production quality.
- Repurpose video content into blogs and supporting written material while ensuring consistent messaging.
- Optimize videos and graphics for various formats, resolutions, and platform requirements.
- Design marketing assets including catalogs, sales flyers, promotional graphics, email campaigns, and other brand collateral.
- Support marketing and sales teams with graphic design requests.
- Edit and retouch raw photography while maintaining brand aesthetics.
- Manage project files, maintain organized archives, and deliver work on schedule.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in video editing and graphic design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing video and design work.
- Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign).
- Experience creating content for social platforms and marketing campaigns.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain organized workflows.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Compensation Range: $15 to $25 per hour (part-time, approx. 15–20 hours/week).
