Multimedia Designer (InDesign) -Work from Home / Dayshift

  • Develop and update all graphic design assets across the organisation.
  • Produce catalogues, brochures, product sheets, proposals, and sales collateral.
  • Design, maintain, and improve brand templates for internal departments.
  • Create materials for new product launches, feature releases, and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all output complies with Vendella’s brand guidelines and established design systems.
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos of products, teams, customer environments, and installations.
  • Edit short- and long-form video content, including transitions, overlays, captions, audio cleanup, colour grading, and final polish.
  • Produce engaging content for social media and YouTube (reels, shorts, product showcases, brand stories).
  • Explore advanced videography techniques to elevate production quality.
  • Maintain an organised library of digital assets for ongoing use.
  • Develop case studies, customer testimonial content, and product explainers.
  • Maintain and enforce consistent brand guidelines across all creative output.
  • Contribute new creative concepts and design ideas to strengthen brand presentation.
  • Support campaign execution with fresh visual assets, motion graphics, and design improvements.
  • Assist in refining the brand identity and improving design systems over time.
  • Update website content, product images, banners, and general information (WordPress and/or Shopify).
  • Produce design assets for EDMs, newsletters, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
  • Upload and manage YouTube content, ensuring consistent channel branding and optimisation.
  • Ensure all digital assets are optimised for SEO, load speed, and user experience.
  • Assist with light marketing analytics when required (engagement, thumbnail performance, etc.).
  • Maintain the Marketing Planner in Microsoft Teams using structured column workflows.
  • Track project progress, deadlines, content status, and stakeholder approvals.
  • Collaborate with Levi and internal teams to ensure uploads, publishing, and QA checks are completed.
  • Bring forward ideas for marketing improvement and emerging content formats.
  • Support ad-hoc marketing or coordination tasks across the department.
  • Other role specific duties as they arise.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in graphic design, multimedia production, and digital content creation, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing design, photography, and video work.
  • Advanced capability in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop, with strong skills in layout, typography, colour theory, and publication design.
  • Competency in video editing using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent—covering transitions, audio cleanup, captions, colour grading, and final polish.
  • Solid photography and videography fundamentals, including lighting, exposure control, framing, and composition.
  • Experience updating and administering websites using WordPress and/or Shopify, including image optimisation and content updates.
  • Ability to create and maintain templates, brand libraries, and structured design systems.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain a structured workflow.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and overall design precision.
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills and the ability to take basic or loose concepts through to polished final output.
  • Professional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business.
  • Comfortable using new technologies, marketing tools, and AI-assisted creative workflows.
  • Experience with AI design and video tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, RunwayML), basic motion graphics, and an interest in developing more advanced videography capability is highly advantageous
