About the Role

We’re looking for someone who can
manage and execute visual content end-to-end,
from designing social media creatives and thumbnails to editing videos for marketing campaigns.

This is a
hands-on role
, and we’re specifically looking for someone with
strong skills in both graphic design and video editing
, who is comfortable working across formats.

You’ll work closely with the marketing and content teams to bring ideas to life across multiple visual formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creatives for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ads, and brand assets
• Edit

videos for reels, shorts, and marketing content
- Work on both 
static and motion content

 based on campaign requirements
- Ensure all visuals are aligned with brand guidelines and quality standards
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to execute campaigns
- Manage and organize design/video assets efficiently
- Iterate based on feedback and performance insights

Required Skills & Experience

• 0-3 years of experience in  graphic design and video editing
• Proficiency in tools like  Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects (or similar)
• Strong understanding of  social media content formats

 (Reels, Shorts, carousels, etc.)
- Basic sense of 
motion, storytelling, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote setup
- Good communication and openness to feedback
- Familiarity with AI tools for design or editing workflows

Nice to Have

• Experience working with content/marketing teams
• Familiarity with AI tools for design or editing workflows
• Basic understanding of content performance and engagement
