Remote | Async | Autonomy-Driven
We’re looking for a Creative Generalist who is a "Swiss Army Knife" of digital production. You are the "Hands" of the creative team. You don't just talk about ideas; you build them.
You will work directly under our Creative Lead to execute high-volume content and product designs. We don't need a strategist; we need a builder who is obsessed with speed, precision, and shipping. You must have previous experience working in a startup environment—you know that "perfect" is the enemy of "done."
Key Responsibilities
Product Design & UI (Figma)
- Execution: Take rough sketches or concepts from the Lead and turn them into high-fidelity screens in Figma.
- Basic UX: Apply core UX principles (hierarchy, spacing, consistency, auto-layout) to ensure designs are functional and developer-ready.
- System Maintenance: Keep our design files organized and update components as the brand evolves.
Video & Motion Production
- Video Editing: Turn raw footage or screen recordings into polished videos (demos, socials, ads). You handle the cuts, pacing, and sound design.
- Motion Graphics: Add "juice" to our content—animated text overlays, smooth transitions, and logo animations to make static assets feel premium.
- Output: You aren't deciding what is trending; you are executing the brief provided by the Lead perfectly.
High-Volume Design
- Asset Scaling: Create variations of templates, social graphics, and marketing assets rapidly.
- Speed: You can turn around a design request in hours, not days.
Experience:
- Startup DNA: You have worked in a startup or fast-paced agency before. You understand the urgency.
- Portfolio: Evidence of both static design (UI/Graphics) and moving design (Video/Motion).
- Tool Stack: You are fluent in Figma (must know auto-layout) and Video Tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut).
Skills:
- Speed: You work fast. You use shortcuts. You don't get stuck on one pixel.
- Basic UX: You understand why a button goes here and not there . You understand user flow.
- Motion Eye: You know how to make things move smoothly (easing, timing).
- Graphic Design: solid understanding of layout and composition.
Nice to Have (Bonus Skills):
- 3D Design: Experience with Spline or Blender to create 3D assets.
- YouTube Knowledge: You understand how to design click-worthy thumbnails and edit for retention.
- Webflow/Framer: Ability to implement your designs on the web.
Benefits
- Remote
- Completely Async Communication
- Fun Environment
- Deadline-Driven Approach: You control your hours
- Ownership and Autonomy: You own and drive the execution
- Learning: You will work on challenging problems and engage in some of the most meaningful work of your life
