We produce high-performance short-form ads for large US-based brands across fashion, services, and consumer goods. The work is fast, ad-focused, and requires genuine creative thinking — 15s, 30s, and 60s cuts designed to stop the scroll on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
The Role
We're looking for a motion designer and video editor with real creative chops — someone who can absorb a brand's visual language from references and past campaigns, then take loose strategy notes and turn them into polished, intentional ads independently. This isn't a follow-instructions role. We want someone who ideates, adapts, and elevates.
What You'll Do
- Design and animate motion graphics for paid social, e-commerce, and digital campaigns
- Edit short-form ads optimised for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Build static and animated assets across multiple brand verticals simultaneously
- Partner with creative strategists on concepts, storyboards, and execution
- Stay ahead of platform trends and keep output fresh and testable
- Manage multiple deadlines without compromising quality
What We're Looking For
- Expert-level After Effects and Illustrator; Premiere Pro and Photoshop a strong plus
- Comfortable working within Figma-based workflows
- Sharp instincts for typography, composition, pacing, and platform-safe framing
- 2+ years producing social content for brands or agencies
- Solid understanding of paid media best practices across Meta and TikTok
- Clear, confident English communication — you ask smart questions and execute efficiently
- AI-assisted workflow experience is a genuine plus; we move fast and reward it
