Work Style & Expectations

1. 6 days a week, 9 hours/day
2. Fully remote
3. More often than not, you will work beyond 9 hours
4. Fast timelines, real deadlines, real ownership
5. Daily collaboration with a small, strong team solving complex problems

If you are not deeply passionate about motion, design systems, and execution quality, this role will not be a good fit.

What You’ll Do

1. Create high-quality motion graphics for product demos, system explainers, AI workflows, and brand narratives
2. Design animated UI flows and product walkthroughs
3. Build cinematic explainer videos for enterprise audiences
4. Translate complex technical systems into visually intuitive animations
5. Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to ensure technical accuracy
6. Develop reusable motion systems and animation frameworks
7. Iterate quickly based on feedback and evolving product direction
8. You will be visualizing complex systems.

Tools (You Must Be Strong Here)

1. After Effects (expert-level required)
2. Premiere Pro (strong working knowledge)
3. Figma (comfortable extracting design assets)
4. Spline or similar 3D tool (strong plus)
5. Understanding of UI/UX principles
6. Bonus:
7. Experience animating product interfaces
8. Experience working with technical teams
9. Basic understanding of software systems or AI concepts
