Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Motion Graphic Designer. The selected candidate will create dynamic motion graphics and engaging video content that aligns with the agency's creative direction and client needs. Daily responsibilities include designing motion graphics, producing video projects, collaborating with teams to craft innovative visuals, and ensuring deliverables meet the highest quality standards. The designer will also contribute to brainstorming visual concepts and assist in refining project presentations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Motion Design, Motion Graphics, and Video Production
• Solid understanding of Graphic Design and Graphics principles
• Proficient in using industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Strong creative vision and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and team members
• Relevant experience in motion graphic design and a strong portfolio is required
• Experience with 3D software such as Cinema 4D or Blender (preferred but not mandatory)
